I foreclosed on a home in las vegas about a year ago and am currently living in utah. I was just served with papers from the 2nd mortgage company to show up to court in salt lake city. I pretty much don't have any assets at this point which is what I think they are going after. I am not afraid to fight the system and am looking for any advice to get this thing out of my hair for good.
